Savurtime: the time tracking app for small businesses

From the first clock-in to your weekly timesheet: Savurtime brings your team’s working time together. Employees record their working day in their phone’s browser. As the employer, you follow every record in one overview.

How do employees record their time?

You create your company and add employees one by one or through an Excel import. Each employee receives an invitation and chooses a password. They then use four actions:

  1. Start the working day by clocking in.
  2. Record the start of a break.
  3. End the break when resuming work.
  4. Close the working day by clocking out.

Only the next logical action is available. The time comes from the server, not from the phone’s clock. An internet connection is needed to record a punch.

A live overview for the employer

You see who is working, who is on a break and who has clocked out. Daily and weekly timesheets show the records per employee, with working time and break time. Incomplete records stay recognisable, so you can follow up on missing punches.

Employees see their own history and totals. If they forget a punch or record a wrong one, they can submit a correction request; their employer reviews it.

Export timesheets to Excel or CSV

Employers can export daily reports, weekly reports and corrections. Timesheets have separate columns for clock-in, break start, break end and clock-out, alongside working time and break time. Weekly reports also include daily rows and weekly totals.

Employees can download their own data from their account in Excel or JSON, with their punches and daily calculations of working and break time.

Corrections with a visible audit trail

Every correction has a reason. The original punch is kept and the adjusted value is marked. You can see who recorded a change and when; corrections can be exported separately.

For small and medium-sized businesses

Savurtime is for companies that want to record and follow up actual working time, with separate views for employer and employee. It runs in the browser: no installation needed.

Savurtime is not payroll software and does not offer leave management or staff scheduling. It is a self-service application, without individual support or customisation. The app does not replace legal advice.
